                <abstract>V tejto prednaske prejdeme zaklady WiFi na fyzickej vrstve. Co je EM radiacia a ako ju vieme pouzit na bezdratovu komunikaciu? Zaklady vlnovej fyziky, frekvencneho spektra a interferencie. Ako funguje modulacia, ake modulacne schemy existuju? Co je QAM a preco ho vsetky moderne 802.11 protokoly pouzivaju? Co su frekvencne pasma a kanaly, a preco je dolezite o nich hovorit. Ake 802.11 protokoly existuju, ako sa casom vyvijali a ake su medzi nimi rozdiely? Co prinesie WiFi 7 (802.11be) - MuMIMO, MLO, atd.

Kedze prednaska je 20 minut, do vsetkych technikalit nepojdem do uplneho detailu. Chcem aby sa ucastnici dozvedeli dostatocne na to aby pochopili zaklady WiFi na L1, a mali dostatocny prehlad o tom ako veci funguju a preco funguju tak ako funguju, bez toho aby sme isli do uplnych technickych detailov.</abstract>

                <abstract>This presentation investigates the proximity to a low Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) threshold that can still maintain a tolerable Bit Error Rate (BER) in 100G / 400G / 800G network links. Additionally, we account for factors such as temperature and cable length to predict the duration for which a reliable network connection can be sustained between transceivers. The analysis, based on data retrieved using a Flexbox, focuses on comparing the reliability of coherent (16QAM) and non-coherent (PAM4) transceivers, with a detailed discussion on the implications of these technologies on network performance.</abstract>

P&#345;edchoz&#237; p&#345;&#237;stup &#345;e&#353;il optimalizaci SYN cookies pomoc&#237; custom modulu do iptables. Nyn&#237; je zna&#269;n&#283; efektivn&#283;j&#353;&#237; cestou vyu&#382;it&#237; eBPF a XDP, kter&#233; posouvaj&#237; mo&#382;nost zpracov&#225;n&#237; SYN paketu a v&#253;robu SYN cookie odpov&#283;di na je&#353;t&#283; ni&#382;&#353;&#237; vrstvu j&#225;dra &#8211; na &#250;rove&#328; ovlada&#269;e s&#237;&#357;ov&#233; karty. J&#225;dro s dostate&#269;nou podporou eBPF a XDP je nyn&#237; (v pou&#382;iteln&#233; podob&#283;) u&#382; sou&#269;&#225;st&#237; standardn&#237;ch RHEL-like a Debian-like distribuc&#237;.                 <abstract>In Energotel&apos;s IP network we need to store and visualisate few thousands of sFlow samples per second. Common open source tools (mainly Java based) require huge amount of system resources and becomes quicky unresposible.
By using open source tools GoFlow2, Kafka, Clickhouse and Grafana we have built own internal tool for parsing, storing and visualisating sFlow data. The network size forced us to do many optimisations we want to describe and share the know-how:
- change default Clickhouse granularity
- avoid storing calculated data (using Clickhouse&apos;s ALIAS data type)
- implement double-sampling (data skipping to render wide time-window graphs)
- use big cache for uncompressed data
and many more.
The tool is in use in Energotel for a few months. Screenshots from Grafana raised questions from many people, what the tool we use.</abstract>

SRv6 ji&#382; vy&#382;aduje hlub&#353;&#237; zm&#283;nu pohledu, ale umo&#382;&#328;uje vynech&#225;n&#237; MPLS dataplane, kter&#253; s sebou nese mno&#382;stv&#237; omezen&#237; nap&#345;. pro aplikace, cloudov&#233; slu&#382;by. Proto bychom r&#225;di p&#345;ivedli poslucha&#269;e k zamy&#353;len&#237; nad t&#237;m &#382;e IPv6 s SRv6 m&#367;&#382;e b&#253;t efektivn&#237; a m&#225; smysl o t&#233;to zm&#283;n&#283; p&#345;em&#253;&#353;let i v konzervativn&#237;m SP sv&#283;t&#283;.</abstract>
